Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Job Duties

• Pick products accurately based on customer orders and shipping requirements.
• Pack items securely to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
• Prepare shipments and assist with daily warehouse operations.
• Verify order accuracy and inspect products before shipment.
• Utilize shipping software and warehouse systems to process orders and track inventory.
• Assist with inventory organization, stock movement, and warehouse housekeeping.
• Cross-train in various warehouse functions to support operational needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience using shipping systems or Amazon shipping platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new processes.
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to be cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive picking, packing, and sorting tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 5 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail when handling products, orders, and shipments.

What You Will Do

As a Pick and Pack Warehouse you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.
