Experience Requirements 12 months of yard spotting experience Ability to maneuver trailers in tight and congested spaces Safety-first mindset Reliable with a strong attendance record Physical Capabilities Ability to sit for extended periods while safely operating a vehicle. Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday. Ability to lift, move, or secure freight and materials when required by the assignment. Ability to perform vehicle inspections and work safely in varying weather and road conditions.
