Job Duties
- Carton picking (requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, twisting, pushing and pulling)
- Shrink-wrapping pallets and moving palletized material using MHE.
- Utilizing manual or electric pallet jack.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to operate a manual or electric pallet jack
- Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
- Carton picking, shrink-wrapping pallets, and moving palletized materials using manual or electric pallet jacks.
- Requires warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and good communication skills.
