Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Recent experience operating a Stand-Up Reach Forklift required.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, inventory control, and pallet staging.
- Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory tracking tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and work around moving machinery.
Job Duties
- Operate a Stand-Up Reach Forklift to move, store, and retrieve HVAC and AC parts throughout the warehouse.
- Perform shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare, build, wrap, label, and stage pallets for customer orders and distribution.
- Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain organized inventory locations and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while meeting daily productivity goals.
- Support general warehouse operations and material handling activities as assigned.

What You Will Do
As a Reach Truck Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
