Job Duties
- Package coffee and tea products for shipment and distribution.
- Bag coffee beans and ground coffee according to production standards.
- Assemble and build product boxes for packaging.
- Apply labels accurately to boxes and finished products.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in fast food, manufacturing, assembly, production, or packaging is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Worked in fast food, manufacturing, assembly or production
- Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
- Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Production Packer.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift.
- Lift and move products weighing 10-20 lbs.
- Perform repetitive tasks in a production and packaging environment
