Location: Jeffersonville, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 -$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
1st Shift- Mon-Thurs 7am-5:30pm and Friday is 7am-3:30pm
2nd shift- 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
3rd shift- 11 p.m.-7 a.m. Sunday night and 9:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Monday- Thursday

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Physical Capabilities
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and handle metal cylinders weighing approximately 15 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Capable of maintaining a consistent work pace in a production environment.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines.
Job Duties
- Load metal cylinders weighing approximately 15 pounds onto a conveyor belt to support production operations.
- Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production goals.
- Follow instructions for proper handling, placement, and movement of materials.
- Inspect work for accuracy and maintain attention to detail throughout the shift.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervision.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production and continuous workflow.
