Job Duties

• Operate a Yale stand-up forklift to move, stage, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Select customer orders accurately in a freezer environment.
• Use RF scanners to verify inventory and complete order selection tasks.
• Perform case picking and pallet building according to customer requirements.
• Wrap skids and prepare orders for shipment.
• Conduct forklift pre-operation inspections and complete required safety documentation.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper horn usage, seat belt/harness requirements, and equipment operation standards.
• Support daily warehouse operations while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of stand-up forklift or reach truck experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of order selecting experience in a freezer environment required.
• Recent freezer warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating a Yale stand-up forklift preferred.
• Experience with case picking, pallet wrapping, inventory handling, and RF scanning.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work in a freezer environment for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to operate a stand-up forklift for approximately 80% of the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products as required.
• Ability to wear steel-toe boots and company-provided freezer gear.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, pallets, and moving freight.

What You Will Do
