Job Duties

• Operate a stand-up Yale forklift to move, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Select customer orders in a freezer environment using RF scanning equipment.
• Perform case picking, pallet building, and order preparation.
• Wrap skids and prepare freight for shipment.
• Load, unload, store, and relocate products as directed.
• Complete forklift pre-operation inspections and safety checks.
• Follow all warehouse safety policies, including proper horn usage and seat belt/harness requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order selection standards.
• Support daily warehouse operations while meeting productivity and quality goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and warehouse documentation.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse equipment preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of stand-up forklift and order selecting experience required.
• Recent freezer warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating a Yale stand-up forklift preferred.
• Experience with RF scanning, case picking, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse operations.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environment.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliable attendance required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work in a freezer environment for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to operate a stand-up forklift for approximately 80% of the workday.
• Ability to lift, move, stack, and wrap products as needed.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive warehouse activities.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots and company-provided freezer gear.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, freight, and palletized inventory.

What You Will Do
