Day Shift: Start between 4:00 AM – 5:00 AM | End between 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Night Shift: Start between 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM | End between 2:00 AM – 2:30 AM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and production procedures.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor environments preferred.
- Experience handling large, heavy, or oversized materials is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic required.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to lift, move, carry, and reposition heavy industrial mats throughout the shift.
- Capable of standing and remaining physically active for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements required.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
- Ability to safely handle bulky materials and work around manufacturing equipment.
Job Duties
- Trim, finish, and inspect large industrial mats according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Assist with operating and supporting large press and trimming equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Move, position, and handle heavy mats throughout various stages of production.
- Perform quality checks to identify defects and ensure finished products meet company requirements.
- Maintain production efficiency while following all safety procedures and operating guidelines.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
- Complete additional production, material handling, and manufacturing tasks as assigned.
