Job Duties
- Coach, support, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve daily production goals
- Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing training and feedback
- Reinforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Track attendance and communicate staffing needs with site leadership
- Partner with management to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
- Support a leading athletic apparel and footwear brand during the busy holiday season
- Help ensure customer orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment
- Assist with additional warehouse and leadership responsibilities as assigned
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience Requirements
- Experience leading teams in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience coaching, training, and supporting employees to meet productivity goals
- Ability to monitor performance, reinforce safety standards, and promote accountability
- Must be available to work flexible hours and overtime as needed during peak production periods
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to walk throughout the facility and production areas during the shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to regularly move throughout the warehouse and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain focus and productivity during 12-hour shifts

As a Performance Coach you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Duties may include operating equipment, working with customers, handling materials, preparing documentation, supporting administrative activities, using technology, collaborating with team members, or completing other responsibilities appropriate to the position.
