Location: Portland, OR
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedules:
- Monday – Friday | 1 AM – 9:30 AM (Or until done) | $20.50/hr.
- Monday – Friday | 5 PM – 12:30 AM (Or until done) | $21.50/hr.
- Saturday + Sunday | 6 AM – 6:30 PM | $23/hr.
All shifts will train for 1 full week Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5:30 PM

- Build Boxes for Orders
- Pack Orders for Outbound
- Restock shelves of product
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- 6 months of order picking experience preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs.

What You Will Do
As a Order Picker you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.
The Order Picker is responsible for preparing customer orders through accurate product selection, secure packaging, and organized shipment preparation. This role requires dependable work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain productivity in fast-paced warehouse environments.
