Job Duties
- Prepare batches.
- Record and document batch processes.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience in compounding/blending/pre-weigh.
- Familiar with reading batch orders and following industry GMP and SOP standards.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Ability to reach and comprehend weights and measurements.

What You Will Do
As a Manufacturing Compounder you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
The Manufacturing Compounder plays an important role in manufacturing by supporting production processes that transform raw materials into finished products. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.
