Job Duties
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and verify items before packaging.
- Pack coffee pods, coffee maker machines, and related products according to established procedures.
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment.
- Organize completed orders and stage packages for shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow warehouse safety guidelines and quality control procedures.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
- Previous warehouse, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Packer.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
