Maintenance Technician

Now hiring for a Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire

Location: Blytheville, AR

Pay Rate: $28.00 – $37.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift 3:00–11:30 p.m. OT as available as needed

Help keep production moving through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on steel processing equipment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain motors, conveyors, bearings, belts, and gearboxes
• Troubleshoot motors, controls, and sensors
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed
• Support production during equipment breakdowns
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and improve equipment reliability

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience maintaining or repairing industrial equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools and read basic mechanical diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility for schedule changes and occasional travel

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, PLC-controlled equipment, schematics, slitters, cut-to-length lines, or material handling equipment is a plus. Five or more years of industrial maintenance experience preferred!
