Regional Manager – PA/OH/WV

This position is responsible for a revenue base of $24M generated within our branch operations throughout west/central PA, OH and West Virginia. Employing over 800 officers just within this northeast region, St. Moritz has an immediate opening for a motivated and experienced service industry professional to manage this rapidly growing segment.
Primary Purpose and Function
The Regional Manager will be directly responsible for ensuring the assigned branches are delivering operational excellence while driving growth across all revenue channels. The RM is responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) of the region and will help identify innovative and creative services to improve the delivery of solutions and services to the company’s customers.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
· Responsible for ensuring the region is delivering operational excellence while driving growth across all revenue channels.
· Responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) of the region and will help identify innovative and creative services to improve the delivery of solutions and services to the company’s customers.
· Ensure the continuous training, developing and motivating supervisory staff to effectively oversee all day to day operations of the site security personnel.
· Responsible for all aspects of business performance within the region, including operations, and full P&L responsibility.
· Drive the tactical plan for the region, including the development and implementation of the annual operating plans and budgets to achieve the company strategy.
· Recruit, develop, motivate, coach, mentor, manage and direct Branch & Operations Managers.
· Create and implement processes and procedures to help manage the region in the areas of resource management, service delivery, project costing, and solution development.
· Provide oversight to the quality of processes and execution of interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and providing leadership on a daily basis to employees within their regions.
· Responsible for revenue and achieving regional goals. Contributes information for the development of fiscal budgets, and are responsible for regional profit and loss.
· Responsible to ensure licensing and labor law compliance from the assigned offices
· Proactively meet with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and the general health of the relationship.
Education & Experience
· Strong security industry knowledge or equivalent service related management experience.
· At least 5 years of supervisory experience and P&L responsibility within a professional services delivery organization .Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Ability to motivate a team and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
· Possess strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
· Demonstrate strong sense of urgency and initiative

· Valid driver’s license
