IT Support Specialist (grow into Sys Admin)
$60,000 to $85,000 salary

Role
- Onsite initially, 1-2 hybrid days once established
- IT Support with a defined path into Systems Administrator
- Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and barcode scanners
- Handle tickets and resolve most day-to-day issues independently
- Work with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Entra ID, VPN and WiFi
- Take on more responsibilities over time to grow into a Systems Administrator role
- Provide occasional after-hours support for planned maintenance and critical incidents, with comp time
Required
- Professional IT support
- Reliable with great communication skills
- Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Ability to handle day-to-day issues with little supervision
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
- Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune
- Hybrid Active Directory / Microsoft 365
- UniFi or similar network platforms, firewalls and VPN
- Server experience (Hyper-V, backup and recovery) or interest in developing it
- PowerShell or other scripting and automation
- Manufacturing or plant-floor IT experience
- German language skills are a strong plus
