Role
- No travel, hybrid after 90 days
- Implement HCM products and services
- Verify data for accuracy and meet timelines
- Stay current with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, tax laws
- Use conversion programs to load employee data into our platform
- Provide customer updates and support via phone or email
- Attend training and seminars to stay up-to-date
- Look for ways to improve internal processes
Required
- HCM, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, ATS, or Timekeeping implementations
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical aptitude, including advanced Excel and CRM tools
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Organized with strong follow-through and accountability
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Ability to train users at all levels
