We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to oversee and execute upkeep across our facilities, equipment, and grounds. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for keeping our property safe, clean, operational, and running smoothly through routine preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.
salary: $52,000 - $66,560 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM education: High School
Responsibilities
- Perform general building and facility maintenance, both interior and exterior
- Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Electrical and light ballast replacement
- Utilize intermediate knowledge of electrical systems to troubleshoot and complete repairs
- Conduct basic machinery repair and preventative maintenance
- Safely use ladders and aerial lifts (comfort working at heights is required)
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned
The essential functions of this role include:
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 75lbs
- working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week
