Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee day-to-day freight, dispatch, and shipment management. In this role, you will route domestic and international freight, coordinate carrier pickups, verify shipping paperwork, and interface directly with warehouse personnel to ensure seamless, on-time project execution.

salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule domestic truck freight to and from vendors and production facilities.
• Coordinate the routing, scheduling, and active tracking of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Check in directly with the warehouse floor to verify freight readiness, packaging, and dispatch timing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), commercial invoices, shipping labels, and tracking records.
• Manage communications across carriers, resolve shipment exceptions, and monitor transit updates.
