We’re hunting for a sharp E-Commerce Logistics & Inventory Administrator to be the operational mastermind behind our digital supply chain - zero heavy lifting or warehouse packing required. salary: $23 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School
Responsibilities
- Inventory Reconciliation & Auditing: Monitor stock levels digitally across sales channels (e.g., Shopify, Amazon), reconcile system counts with warehouse reports, and investigate variances.
- Shipment & Carrier Tracking: Track incoming supplier freight and outbound bulk shipments, monitor transit delays, and communicate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight lines).
- PO & Order Administration: Create and review purchase orders, cross-reference invoices against delivery receipts, and ensure ERP/system records match vendor manifests.
- Returns & Claims Processing: Administratively log customer returns, process RMA requests in the system, and file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged transit shipments.
- Reporting & Data Maintenance: Maintain daily inventory logs and generate stock status reports in Excel/Google Sheets to alert management of low-stock thresholds.
