Warehouse Laborer / Material Handler (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Northborough, MA Pay: $20.00 / hour Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Day Shift) Position Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Job Overview We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals for a physical, hands-on Warehouse Laborer position in Northborough, MA. This is an active, demanding role with a straightforward path to getting hired on permanently based on your attendance and work ethic. If you don't mind breaking a sweat, lifting heavy boxes, and staying on your feet all day, this job is for you. What You’ll Be Doing

• Heavy Lifting & Loading: Unload trucks, move heavy freight, stack pallets, and hand-bomb boxes throughout the shift.
• Moving Material: Push, pull, and steer loaded manual trolleys and hand carts across the warehouse floor to stage orders.
• Scanning Items: Use a simple handheld scan gun to scan barcodes on boxes as you move them.
• Basic Computer Lookups: Basic point-and-click computer use to check where an item goes or confirm a shipment status (we will train you on our system).
• General Labor: Keep the warehouse floor clean, break down cardboard, wrap pallets, and keep walkways clear.

Physical Requirements

• Heavy Lifting: Must be able to continuously lift, carry, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50+ lbs all day.
• Constant Standing: You will be on your feet, walking, bending, stooping, and moving on hard concrete floors for the entire 8-hour shift.
• Footwear Required: Steel-toe boots are required to step foot on the floor. You must have your own pair on day one.

• Work Ethic: Willingness to do tough physical labor day in and day out.
• Simple Computer Skills: Must be comfortable using a basic computer screen and keyboard to click and enter simple numbers.
• Dependability: Shows up on time every day ready to work the 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM shift.
• Gear Ready: Ready to start immediately with steel-toe boots in hand.

Perks & Conversion

• Pay: $20.00/hour, paid weekly.
• Schedule: Steady daytime hours (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM), Monday through Friday with weekends off.
• Permanent Hire: Prove your reliability and hustle during the temp period to earn a permanent spot on the crew (includes full company health benefits and PTO once converted).
