Lead QA

job summary:

Lead QA onshore for sprint team, with 5+ years experience. They will be working on new functionality for the offers tech and/or regression for offers.This role does have client interactions-they might have to talk to the line of business and other senior partners. So have to be top notch in writing, presentation and speaking skills.

responsibilities:

• Coordination between onshore/offshore
• Tracking project or regression health and flagging/taking care of risks as they arise
• Test preparation and execution
• Functional, Automation testing, data setup etc.

qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Great communication and organized

Able to lead offshore team, QA execution and project communication

Good with manual and automation testing

Automation: Knowledge on Playwright is preferred

ADA testing experience

GenAI implementation in testing activities including creation and maintenance of agents, using agents in framework etc.

Desired Qualifications

Mobile testing, API testing, knowledge of Figma API
