responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection operations to maintain a smooth flow of work.
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, diagrams, specifications, and bills of materials.
- Operate hand tools, electrical tools, measuring equipment, and light machinery to assemble, rework, and repair components.
- Conduct quality checks, identify and record product defects, and perform repairs according to engineering specification changes.
- Maintain workstation inventory, ensure a clean and safe work environment, and strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
qualifications:
High School Diploma (or GED) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, OR 3 years of relevant experience in the absence of a diploma/GED.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings/specifications and operating hand, electrical, and measuring tools.
