Location: Port Huron, MI – Blue Water Area
Pay Rate: $15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Qualified Staffing is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a well-established company in the Blue Water Area!
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and online chat.
- Process customer payments, product orders, and service work orders accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist prospective customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolutions.
- Handle sensitive customer and payment information professionally and confidentially.
- Work closely with team members to resolve customer concerns and provide excellent service.
- Maintain a positive, patient, and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Arrive prepared and ready to assist customers at the beginning of each workday.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Comfortable handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
