What You’ll Do
- Support Machine Operations: Assist skilled machinists in running and staging CNC and manual machinery.
- Precision Assembly: Follow step-by-step assembly guides, manually fit hardware, align and cut conduit to exact specifications, and stage finished components.
- Inventory & Staging: Retrieve raw stock and parts from the inventory room to keep workstations running smoothly.
- Quality & Shop Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized work cell and shop floor to uphold strict safety standards.
- General Labor: Tackle varied shop tasks and support team members across different production stages.
What You Bring
- Experience: 1+ years of general labor, warehouse, or light manufacturing experience. (Prior exposure to machine shops or CNC tools is a strong plus, but enthusiasm to learn matters most.)
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong hand-eye dexterity, fine motor skills, and comfort working with hand tools.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read basic measurements (tape measure/caliper basics) and count parts accurately.
- Reliability: Punctuality, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow written and spoken work instructions.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand throughout the shift, perform repetitive assembly tasks, and comfortably lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
