Assembler – 1st Shift Location: Woodfin, NC Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour (Paid weekly) Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (4-Day Workweek | Off Fri, Sat & Sun) The Role A well-established company in Woodfin, NC is seeking detail-oriented Assemblers for a 1st shift opportunity. This is a seated position in a clean, climate-controlled work environment where safety is a top priority. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. What You Will Do

• Assemble temp-plates in accordance with company standard operating procedures to maintain high quality standards.
• Review work orders and instructions before starting assembly to verify that correct components and steps are used.
• Inspect incoming parts for defects, gather required tools, and assemble components to fulfill order requirements.
• Build first-article units and submit them to Quality Assurance for sign-off.
• Apply product labels, trim and clean finished parts, and package items with appropriate order documentation.
• Complete order information and tickets accurately, rotating between workstations as production needs require.

What You Will Bring

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks thoroughly and accurately.
• Positive attitude and dependability with a desire to learn new processes.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; full training is provided.
