We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Yard Associate for a long-term, full-time opportunity. In this role, you will operate a sit-down forklift both inside the facility and outside in the yard to load, unload, and stage materials. Manual Material Handling: Dismount the forklift to manually pull, move, lift, or stage orders when necessary. Yard & Facility Maintenance: Assist in keeping both indoor areas and outdoor yard spaces clean, organized, and safe. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and safe equipment operation practices at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience operating a sit-down forklift. Comfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments across varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform manual order pulling tasks off the forklift. High attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Strong reliability, communication skills, and punctuality for the 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM shift.
