EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our modular home production team in West Jordan, Utah. This is a full-time, year-round position, with much of the work performed in a manufacturing environment.
Applicants must have previous hands-on roofing experience. Applicants without relevant roofing experience will not be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Install roofing systems and related exterior components
- Work with TPO, metal roofing, flashing, and weatherproofing materials
- Measure, cut, fit, and install roofing materials accurately
- Install flashing, sealants, and related weatherproofing components
- Inspect work to ensure proper installation and quality
- Safely operate roofing hand tools, power tools, and equipment
- Safely work from ladders and elevated work areas as required
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production schedules
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow company fall protection and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous hands-on roofing experience required
- Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation methods
- Experience with TPO and/or metal roofing preferred
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, and install materials
- Ability to safely work from ladders and elevated areas
- Ability to follow construction plans and supervisor direction
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Residential, commercial, or modular construction experience
