EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are seeking experienced Framers to join our modular home production team in West Jordan, Utah. This is a full-time, year-round position working primarily inside a manufacturing facility.
Applicants must have previous hands-on framing or residential construction experience. Applicants without relevant framing experience will not be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing materials accurately
- Read and follow construction plans, measurements, and specifications
- Install blocking, backing, sheathing, and related components
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production schedules
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous hands-on framing experience required
- Knowledge of framing tools, materials, and construction methods
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials
- Ability to follow construction plans and supervisor direction
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Residential, commercial, or modular construction experience
