Get In on the Ground Floor
Bliss Products and Services has been building playgrounds, shade structures and outdoor spaces for more than 40 years. Now we're building something new: a dedicated Military Sales & Construction division delivering projects on military installations across the U.S. and overseas.
That's where you come in.
This isn't a job where you squeeze your style into someone else's filing system, inherited procedures, or "that's how we've always done it." You'll help build the systems from the ground up. The trackers, the document control, the workflows, the way things get done. Your skills shape how this division runs.
You get the stability of a well-established company and the energy of a brand-new team. It's an exciting chance to bring your skills to life and put your mark on something from day one.
About You
Every day isn't the same, and you like it that way.
One minute you're reviewing certified payrolls. The next, you're checking a project schedule update. Then you're tracking down a missing submittal before it becomes a problem.
Can you manage yourself while managing multiple projects?
Is your calendar color-coded?
Do you organize your spices for fun?
You're structured, but adaptable. Independent, but collaborative. You don't need someone hovering. You know how to prioritize, pivot, and keep things moving.
You understand that in military construction and sales, details matter. Certified payrolls have to be right. Project manuals aren't optional reading. Schedules aren't suggestions.
You build systems that make complex work feel manageable, and you quietly fix things before they become emergencies.
