Modis is seeking an SR AI Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will design and develop intelligent AI agents that automate complex workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver secure, scalable solutions on AWS. Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
SR AI Solution Architect Responsibilities include:
- Design and develop intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and automating complex business workflows.
- Build and deploy scalable agentic AI solutions using AWS AgentCore, AWS Bedrock, and cloud-native AWS services.
- Develop enterprise knowledge retrieval and RAG pipelines using PostgreSQL, pgvector, and secure data governance practices.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration, context management, and agent execution frameworks to ensure reliable performance.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications on Amazon EKS using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Establish testing, monitoring, security, and observability standards to ensure reliable and production-ready AI systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, and enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS AgentCore, AWS Bedrock, Context Engineering, and Harness Engineering in production environments.
- Proven expertise in Python, FastAPI, multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph/Strands), and enterprise AI solution delivery.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
