Akkodis is seeking a Consultant for a Contract with a client in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations, driving workforce scheduling, dispatch optimization, and mobile field operations to improve service efficiency and operational performance. Rate Range: $64/Hour to $68/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Consultant Responsibilities include:
- Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects to support field service operations and business objectives.
- Configure and optimize workforce scheduling, routing, dispatch, and resource management to improve technician productivity and SLA compliance.
- Integrate OFS with Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, Maintenance Cloud, and other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow.
- Support EPC and infrastructure field operations by enabling real-time visibility, work order management, and mobile workforce capabilities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and operational analytics to monitor key performance metrics and support leadership decision-making.
- Conduct testing, user training, issue resolution, and post-deployment support to ensure successful adoption and system stability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 7+ years of overall Oracle applications consulting experience, including 3+ years of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) experience.
- Proven experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations, including workforce scheduling, dispatch optimization, routing, and mobility configuration.
- Hands-on Construction/EPC domain experience is required, with exposure to infrastructure, utilities, energy, telecommunications, or related field operations.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $68.00 per hour
