Data Architecture

Akkodis is seeking a Data Architecture for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Remote). The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data models, integration strategies, and information management standards to support business and technology objectives. Rate Range: $70/Hour to $80/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Data Architecture Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design and governance of enterprise data architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategies.
• Develop and maintain data models, architecture standards, roadmaps, and integration frameworks across the organization.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business capabilities into scalable data and information solutions.
• Drive data governance, data quality, and master data management initiatives to improve data integrity and consistency.
• Provide architectural guidance for data warehousing, database platforms, and cloud-based data solutions, including GCP technologies.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and governance processes, ensuring adherence to established standards, best practices, and future-state architecture plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or advanced database design/modeling.
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, and Information Management best practices.
• Hands-on experience with GCP technologies, including BigQuery, AlloyDB, PostgreSQL, Cloud Run, MongoDB, and Dataflow.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
