What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- MIG, TIG, and MAG welding experience
- Highly organized
- Must pass the welding test during the interview
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for the duration of the shift, and work in extreme hot and cold conditions
What You’ll Do as a MIG/TIG Welder
- Adhere to policies, daily workplace organization, and housekeeping
- Comply with working instructions
- Perform welding tasks according to specifications and instructions
- Address issues quickly, notifying the supervisor or other management immediately
- Meet quality requirements
- Follow all safety and PPE guidelines
- Perform other tasks as assigned
