What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (preferred) (must be obtained within one year of employment)
- 3+ months of manufacturing experience
- Previous forklift experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Stable work history
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds, stand, stoop, walk, crawl, bend, and twist as needed to perform required tasks
- Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
What You’ll Do as a Production Associate
- Collect and assemble carts and chariots of various types of unwound envelopes from confection-finishing
- Load unwound envelopes into the machines
- Operate the Large and Small Rewind to the proper pre-op points of use
- Identify damaged envelopes and place them in the appropriate envelope repair area
- Record postproduction on the traceability log
- Perform other tasks as assigned
