Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: Friday-Tuesday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | $19/hour (Off Wednesdays & Thursdays)
- 2nd Shift: Friday-Tuesday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM | $20/hour (Off Wednesdays & Thursdays) Location: Ontario, CA What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped. This is a hands-on role where teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability are key to success.
Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify order accuracy and ensure quality standards are met
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight
- Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory
- Identify and report damaged products or inventory discrepancies
- Perform routine equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment What We're Looking For
- Comfortable using computers and RF scanners
- Ability to learn processes and support team training when needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Able to perform repetitive movements including lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and 25-50 lbs independently
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift
