Import Export Specialist

Import/Export Specialist $26.45/hr Monday-Friday 8am-5pmLocation: Norman, OK IN OFFICE Join our logistics team and play a key role in coordinating international and domestic shipments. This position is responsible for managing import/export documentation, customs compliance, shipment tracking, and communication with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience with U.S. and Mexico import/export processes
• Knowledge of international trade compliance regulations
• Experience preparing customs and shipping documentation
• International and domestic logistics experience
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
