Our client, industrial manufacturing and logistics operations is seeking a Drum Lumper to join their team. As a Drum Lumper, you will be part of the Production team supporting container loading and safe handling workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and the stamina to perform repetitive physical tasks at a fast pace, which will align successfully in the organization. - Receive instructions from the Quality Coordinator/Supervisor regarding the loading schedule for containers to be shipped.
- Remove debris and other materials from trucks/trailers and/or railroad cars to prepare for loading; notify the Coordinator if a vehicle is unsuitable.
- Operate and position a telescoping boom conveyor to load and stack drums into trailers safely and with minimal damage; operate a palletizer as required.
- Manually load and unload steel drums into and from trailers.
- Transport lumber, paper, skids, containers, and ancillary items to and from trailers and the storage area as directed. What's Needed?
- Ability to stack containers and ancillary parts on and off the conveyor as directed.
- Willingness to perform production, labor, and other reporting as required.
- Ability to notify the Quality Coordinator/Supervisor of any equipment or material irregularities.
- Strong focus on keeping equipment and the work area clean and orderly.

- Operar y posicionar el transportador de pluma telescópica para cargar y apilar tambores en los remolques de forma segura y con el menor daño posible; operar el palletizer cuando sea necesario.
- Cargar y descargar manualmente tambores de acero dentro y fuera de los remolques.
- Transportar madera, papel, tarimas (skids), contenedores y piezas auxiliares hacia y desde los remolques y el área de almacenamiento según indicaciones. What's Needed?
- Capacidad para apilar contenedores y piezas auxiliares dentro y fuera del transportador según lo indicado.
- Disponibilidad para realizar reportes de producción, mano de obra y otros requeridos.
