LHH is seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Service Representative / Office Manager who thrives in a light manufacturing environment and has a strong background supporting B2B customers. This individual will serve as a key liaison between customers, production, shipping, and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with order entry and the order-to-cash process
- Customer purchase order (PO) management experience
- Exposure to production scheduling and coordination activities
- Experience coordinating shipping, freight, and logistics
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with plant and production personnel
- Proven ability to independently resolve customer issues and concerns
- Experience responding to inventory, lead-time, delivery-date, and product availability inquiries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting large, strategic, or complex customer accounts preferred

Pay/Benefits
- $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
