This position is ideal for an analytical finance professional who enjoys managing cash flow, banking relationships, liquidity reporting, and financial forecasting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting treasury operations, cash management, financial analysis, and banking activities while partnering cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, and operational teams. Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions and manage short-term liquidity requirements.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and provide variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist with debt management, credit facility reporting, and covenant compliance.
- Coordinate banking activities, including account administration, wire transfers, and treasury system maintenance.
- Support month-end and quarter-end treasury reporting processes.
- Analyze working capital trends and recommend opportunities to improve cash efficiency.
- Partner with accounting and FP&A teams to ensure accurate cash reporting and forecasting.
- Assist with investment tracking, cash management strategies, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Prepare reporting packages for treasury leadership and executive management.
- Support treasury-related audits and compliance requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 4+ years of treasury, corporate finance, financial analysis, accounting, or banking experience.
- Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and build financial models.
- Experience working within ERP systems and treasury management platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Corporate treasury experience within a technology, energy, infrastructure, data center, or publicly traded environment.
- Knowledge of debt financing, capital markets, or credit facilities.
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation or progress toward certification preferred.
- Experience supporting growth-oriented organizations undergoing rapid expansion.
