Holiday Guest Services Associate | Kansas City, MO Seasonal Opportunity | November–January | $19/hour Bring the Holiday Experience to Life! 🎄 LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Downtown Kansas City to hire Holiday Guest Services Associates for an exciting seasonal opportunity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a lively environment, and helping guests have a great experience. You’ll be part of the team welcoming families and visitors to one of the area’s popular holiday attractions throughout the season.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and upbeat attitude
- Assist with ticket purchases, ticket scanning, and guest check-in
- Answer questions and provide directions and attraction information
- Assist with attraction and ride operations with training provided
- Help address guest questions or concerns in a positive and helpful manner
- Support guest traffic flow throughout the venue
- Keep guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Partner with event leadership and other team members to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Help provide a fun and memorable holiday experience for guests of all ages
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, tourism, or events is preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to stay professional and helpful in a busy environment
- Strong reliability, attendance, and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Flexible scheduling is available, but candidates must be able to work at least 2–3 days per week throughout the season, including availability for evenings, weekends, and peak holiday dates
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
- Season: November 20–January 4
- Regular Operating Hours: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM daily
- Thanksgiving: Closed
- Christmas Eve: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Christmas Day: Closed
