JOB DESCRIPTION
Most sales jobs hand you a ceiling and a script. We hand you a territory and the tools to win. Your income and your recognition are uncapped. You decide the level they reach, you control your destiny.
YOUR TERRITORY. YOUR NUMBER. YOUR NAME ON IT.
- Uncapped commission. Our top performers make in excess of $100,000 – $250,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission). No decelerator, no cliff.
- Uncapped recognition, too. Hit your number and you're on the President's Club trip. This year, that's Hawaii.
- A cycle that moves. Most deals close in 30 to 90 days, so you'll run several at once. The stronger your pipeline, the higher you land in the OTE range.
- An established base to then grow. You inherit a book of business. The growth to achieve top OTE is yours to go get.
- Your effort decides your income. Your name is on the result.
WHY JAMES IMAGING.
- A $45M technology company, growing at twice the industry average. Family owned and run by the Tegeders since 1977, not outside investors. Steady enough to build a career on, growing fast enough that there is room to move.
- A 92.6% retention rate you don't have to defend. We approach every agreement as a partnership that our clients put their trust in, so you can focus on earning new business, not saving current accounts.
- Specialists who carry the technical load. Service, solutions, and production experts work your deals with you. You run the opportunity; they handle the details.
- Training built to make you dangerous. We get you selling fast then keep sharpening your skills, because new strategies show up in your paycheck.
- We promote from within. Geo Rep → Named Account Rep → Major Account Rep → Sales Management. Earned on production, not tenure. Our Brookfield Sales Manager started in this role.
WHAT YOU BRING.
- Net-new hunting. You generate your own pipeline by prospecting your territory every week. Nearly every deal you win is taken from somebody else, and you'd rather go take it than wait for one to be handed to you.
- Consultative selling. You discover how businesses are run, then build the case for James improving their outcomes.
- A track record you can talk about. Whatever you've sold, you can speak to your results in real numbers.
- Valid license and a reliable vehicle for daily territory travel. MVR check after conditional offer, reviewed individually.
A territory to run. A brand that opens the door. What you do with it is up to you.
We move fast. If you do too, let's talk.
