Original job description

Brookfield, WI (Full-time, in-office role)

Pay: $63,000 - $85,000 On Target Earnings (base salary + commissions + qtrly bonus)

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, PTO, paid training, phone, laptop

JOB DESCRIPTION

Most entry-level sales jobs hand you a headset and put a ceiling on your commissions. We hand you a list of businesses, uncapped commissions, and the fastest route we have into field sales.

YOUR NUMBER. YOUR FUTURE. YOUR NAME ON IT.

  • Uncapped commission. $63,000 - $85,000 On Target Earnings (base salary + commissions + qtrly bonus). You earn on meetings that complete.
  • Net-new only. Your job is to open doors nobody here has opened yet.
  • A daily scoreboard. Dials, conversations, appointments held. You always know where you rank.
  • Your activity decides your income. Your name is on every completed meeting you book.

WHY JAMES IMAGING.

  • We promote from within. BDR → Geo Rep → Named Account Rep → Major Account Rep → Sales Management. Earned on production, not tenure.
  • A $45M technology company, growing at twice the industry average. Family owned and run by the Tegeders since 1977, not outside investors. Steady enough to build a career on, growing fast enough that there is room to move.
  • Training built to make you dangerous. We get you on the phone fast, then keep coaching prospecting, objections, and discovery in our training program: James University. New skills show up in your paycheck.
  • Reps who want you to win. The field reps train alongside you, tell you what's working, and pull you into live deals. They want you strong, because your appointments are their pipeline.
  • A brand that gets you past hello. We keep 92.6% of our clients, and prospects in this market know our name, so fewer of your calls die in the first ten seconds.

WHAT YOU BRING.

  • Phone presence. Clear, confident, hard to brush off. You can earn a business owner's next fifteen minutes.
  • A high tolerance for volume, and for no. Prospecting is a numbers game before it is a skill game. You dial the next one after a rough call.
  • Follow-through. Confirming a meeting has held is the difference between a canceled appointment and a paid one.
  • Coachability. You use feedback on the next call, not next quarter.

A phone, a list of new businesses, uncapped commissions, and a clear promotion path. How far you take it is up to you.

We move fast. If you do too, let's talk.

Selected individuals will be required to pass a criminal background check as well as a drug screening prior to starting work.
