Job Description
We are seeking a Senior AI Consultant with deep expertise in Azure AI Foundry, multi-agent architectures, and enterprise AI governance. This individual will serve as the lead architect on a fixed-price engagement, designing and implementing advanced AI agent solutions while operating as the sole consulting resource supporting the client.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement multi-agent AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft's Agent Framework, and Content Safety services. Build agent orchestration frameworks including orchestrator and sub-agent architectures. Optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise knowledge retrieval and decision support. Implement human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation paths, and AI oversight controls. Design and secure MCP integrations with enterprise systems including Tidal, ServiceNow, and Confluence. Architect supporting Azure infrastructure utilizing API Management (APIM), Azure Key Vault, Cosmos DB, Redis, and related cloud services. Establish responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance controls within regulated environments. Serve as the primary customer-facing consultant, driving project delivery from discovery through implementation. Produce executive-facing recommendations, project documentation, and architectural deliverables. Work independently to manage client expectations, project milestones, and technical execution.
