Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 3-4 Pool Repair Technicians for a 2-3 week project in Las Vegas, NV. This role will support the restoration and repair of a high-end residential pool and surrounding deck area. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work, following instructions, and maintaining a professional demeanor while working at a high-profile client location.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction, maintenance, landscaping, restoration, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sand pool deck surfaces using hand and belt sanders
- Prepare and mask off work areas to protect surrounding finishes
- Assist with pool restoration and repair activities
- Support patchwork and surface repair efforts using provided materials and repair kits
- Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear protective equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project
- Work closely with onsite supervisors and follow direction effectively
- Represent the client professionally while working in a high-end residential setting
Skills and Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work for a full shift
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, sanders, or similar equipment
- Experience with concrete, surface preparation, patching, or repair work
- Strong work ethic with willingness to take direction and learn
- Professional attitude and respectful communication in a client-facing environment
- Previous pool repair, pool maintenance, or pool construction experience
- Construction, remodeling, restoration, or general labor background
- Experience operating hand and belt sanders •Familiarity with PPE, respirators, and jobsite safety practices
