Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of project management or related experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, continuous improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience conducting process mapping, gap analysis, and root-cause/problem analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify problems and develop actionable business recommendations.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and drive results across teams without direct authority.
- Experience operating successfully in environments with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with Jira and/or Atlassian tools.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Experience working within Agile project or product environments.

- Experience within supply chain, logistics, transportation, distribution, warehousing, or fulfillment operations.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support several business-critical process improvement initiatives. This individual will lead cross-functional workstreams spanning people, process, and technology, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Product, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cross-functional projects and process-improvement initiatives within a Value Added Services environment.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Partner with business SMEs and IT teams throughout design, build, testing, and implementation activities.
- Evaluate current-state operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and data analysis to identify challenges and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Product, IT, and business leadership to move initiatives forward.
- Support process improvements within distribution and fulfillment-related operations.
- Provide clear project updates to leadership, communicate risks and roadblocks, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Manage competing priorities and maintain momentum across workstreams with varying levels of structure and ambiguity.
- Travel periodically to distribution or operational sites to observe workflows, evaluate processes, and support improvement efforts.
