Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or hybrid Project Management/Agile delivery roles.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects within technology organizations.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex project plans across multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and facilitating Agile delivery processes.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including backlog management, user story creation, and sprint tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take a proactive, ownership-oriented approach to project delivery and execution.
- Self starter and great follow up skills

Job Description
Our client is seeking two experienced Project Managers to support the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and Digital Pharmacy. These individuals will play a critical role in driving end-to-end software delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines traditional project management expertise with strong Agile/Scrum experience and demonstrates a high level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle. ________________________________________
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and software development projects from initiation through implementation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, QA teams, Delivery Leads, Portfolio Leaders, and key business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support sprint planning activities, and manage work tracking within Azure DevOps (ADO), including backlog refinement and user story creation.
- Monitor project health, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address roadblocks to maintain delivery schedules.
- Provide clear and consistent communication on project status, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of project deliverables and business outcomes, taking ownership of successful execution alongside delivery leadership
