Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support an AI-enabled field operations organization within a global pharmaceutical company. This individual will initially lead a strategic “Barriers” initiative that brings together capabilities and deliverables from multiple AI-enabled products. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating the interplay between multiple products and teams, managing broad stakeholder alignment, and driving the organizational change required for successful adoption. The organization has strong technical resources in place, so this role does not require a deeply technical program manager. Instead, the ideal candidate will bring strong pharmaceutical industry knowledge, relationship management skills, change management experience, and the ability to influence both business leaders and end users. The initial focus will be the Barriers initiative, but the role is expected to expand into a broader portfolio or program management position as the individual develops an understanding of the organization's AI-enabled field capabilities.
