Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end program plan across multiple IT transformation workstreams and global regions.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, critical paths, dependencies, milestones, risks, and resource requirements.
- Lead recurring program governance meetings with IT leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Establish and track program KPIs and OKRs to measure transformation progress and business impact.
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting.
- Manage program budgets and track financial impact and cost targets.
- Identify project risks early, recommend solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Partner with HR and Corporate Communications on organizational change management, workforce transitions, and employee communications.
- Apply structured change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotter.
- Lead and coordinate analysts supporting program reporting, metrics, risk tracking, and status updates.
- Support workforce transformation initiatives including hiring, reskilling, organizational redesign, and movement toward a more federated IT operating model. The IT Program Manager will work closely with CIO-level leadership and cross-functional teams including IT, HR, Finance, Corporate Communications, and Legal. This person will be responsible for building and driving integrated program plans, managing multiple workstreams, establishing KPIs and OKRs, identifying risks, and ensuring leaders stay accountable to key milestones.
This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can take ownership of complex programs, work effectively with senior executives, and proactively drive projects forward rather than simply track and report status.
