Support quarter-end and year-end activities including W-2 preparation, audits, reconciliations, and tax reporting. Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, taxes, deductions, direct deposits, timekeeping, and payroll procedures. Maintain employee payroll data within HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
